Increasing machining productivity causes the cutting forces acting on tools or workpieces to grow and requires extra clamping for their fixation reliably. In research, a mathematical model of operation mechanism fixating cylindrical objects spindle machine at stage tension is presented. The presented design contains screw gear provides self-braking. Based calculation model, dependencies are developed describe relationship among movements parts when growing. analytical allow considering growing separately conservative type prevailing in mechanism’s operation. That work both types dissipative potential characters exist considered. position depending generalized coordinate. angle rotation input rotating link used as This fact allows calculating elements this time.
